  • The order is not considered finally confirmed until it is approved and prepared according to the store's procedures.

2Shipping

  • We ship within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through approved shipping companies, and we always strive to prepare the orders and send them as quickly as possible.
  • Order preparation time depends on the product type and quantity required, and delivery time is calculated after preparation is complete. Shipping time may vary by city, region, shipping company pressure, or official holidays.
  • The customer must ensure that the shipping address is written correctly and completely. The customer bears responsibility for any delay or failure in delivery resulting from entering incorrect or incomplete data.
  • If the shipment cannot be delivered due to no response, refusal to receive, or missing data, the shipment may be returned, and the customer may bear the return shipping fees.

3Refund and Exchange

  • We are keen to offer high-quality products, and in the event of a manufacturing defect in the fabric only, the customer can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
    • Refund within a maximum period of 3 days from the date of receiving the order
    • Exchange within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receiving the order
  • To accept the return or exchange request, the following is required:
    • The reason for the request must be a manufacturing defect in the fabric
    • The products must not have been printed on
    • The general condition of the product must be as it was received
    • Submitting the request within the specified period above
  • Return or exchange does not cover the following cases:
    • If the product has been printed on
    • If the order is free of any manufacturing defect in the fabric
    • If the request is submitted after the specified period has expired
    • Damage resulting from misuse or storage after receipt
  • The store has the right to inspect the product before final approval of the return or exchange request to ensure the condition matches the stated conditions.
